Our client is a newly established FX Broker based in Limassol and they are looking for an experienced IB Account Manager to join their team.
Maintaining direct & continuous contact with Introducing Brokers (IBs) ensuring excellent service standards are met.
Setting daily, weekly & monthly targets for the partners
Continuously following-up with prospects and existing Partners (IBs)
Continuously hunting for new potential Partners (IBs) & Resellers
Maintenance of the partner database (CRM) to ensure accurate Partner contact details are always up to date.
Researching, initiating and executing plans to develop partnerships with Introducing Broker networks and signal providers.
Working closely with marketing to help implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new partners (IB,s)
At least 2 years’ experience in a matching role in the Forex industry
Proven sales and negotiation track record
Excellent understanding of GCC, Latam, Asian & African Markets a huge plus
Well versed in e-commerce practices and networking
Multi-lingual would be highly advantageous
A go getter and a team player mentality crucial
