Our client is a well-established CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol and they are now recruiting for a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of internal HR Manager. In this role you manage the HR department of a well-established forex company. You will manage another HR Officer.
Setting up the HR department
Design, update and maintain HR manuals (ie Employee Handbook)
Writing HR policies
Recruiting talent – developing job descriptions, preparing job advertisements, CV screening and classifying shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Maintain HR employee folders and make sure are align in accordance to CySEC guidelines and Labour Law legislations
Support day-to-day HR issues arising in the departments, including ad-hoc employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee retention and others
Working with compliance officer to meet requests
Managing relocation processes for new recruited candidates.
Degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
Minimum 3 years of work experience within an HR role in the forex industry
Recent experience in the FX industry in an HR function is a must
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle
Fluency in English (Greek is an advantage)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and to work with minimal supervision
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and a level head
Highly motivated and able to move fast
The working hours are 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm
