Job Overview

Our client is a Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) and a part of a global group offering access investments and professional technology solutions to clients and they are looking to hire a Head of Sales to join their team based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment of a new team of sales people
Head up, train and motivate the sales team with an overall goal to increase business
Create and promote KPIs on a monthly basis
Report on KPIs to senior management
Maintain a book of business and monitor sales
Maintain and monitor retention of clients
Maintain and expand the sales team in accordance with KPIs
Provide incentives to the sales team to achieve KPIs
Monitor and allocate leads, prepare reports to measure leads and accounts, monitor emails
Assist the sales team with any client calls on a daily basis

Requirements:
Fluent English and any other language considered an advantage
Proven experience in the Forex industry leading a Sales team
A sales background is a must
Ability to assess clients and client risk;
Strong team player and team leader;
Positive attitude and motivated to succeed
Eligible to work in the EU
Goal oriented, driven, good analytical skills and high levels of integrity.
