Job Description

Our client is a leading technology and services provider in the brokerage industry, with vast experience in all aspects of brokerage management. Since their foundation in 2007, they have constantly maintained their position at the cutting edge of the Fintech market. They are currently looking for the Head of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in the similar role within a Forex broker and will have the ability to work with deadlines and targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the internal sales team within the Cyprus Office
  • Interview and hire staff along with senior management
  • Manage the overall sales function of the company
  • Set targets for each conversion and retention agent
  • Monitor daily sales activity closely and provide guidance and practical advice to the sales team to help their performance
  • Train new staff joining the sales department
  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Provide training on new products or procedures and support the team
  • Create sales reports for senior management
  • Follow market trends, competition developments, and major market events closely
  • Act in a professional manner both internally within the company and externally towards clients
  • Identify and develop new sales strategies
  • Liaise with other departments within the company and assist where required
  • Reporting directly to CEO


  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Head of Sales within a Forex broker
  • Proven sales and management experience
  • Fluent English to business level is a must
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines and targets
  • Excellent organisational skill
