Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire a Head of Customer Support.
Manage and coordinate the activity of the Customer support department
Development and expansion of the Customer support department based on specific geographical location/language needs, and setup the shift rotations accordingly
Follow up on the system/software developments to respond to the Company’s requirements
Implement procedures and develop the metrics (i.e. KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the Client support operation, and produce necessary reports required by the Senior management
Educate and motivate the customer support team to enhance the overall client experience
Perform induction training of the new hires
Assist in resolving client’s queries regarding products, services, promotional programs and technical issues via chat, email, phone and other channels
Constantly monitoring and improving the quality and speed of the customer support provided to the clients
Work closely with the internal stakeholders such as Management and other departments (Back Office, Sales, Compliance, etc)
Ad hoc duties as required by the Senior Management of the Company.
University degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Minimum 4-years experience in the role in Forex is a must
Excellent command in English, both oral and written. Additional languages will be considered as an advantage
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize the tasks
The leader with the ability to lead, train and motivate the team
