Job Overview

Our client is a well-established CySEC regulated Forex Company based in Limassol and they are now recruiting for a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of German-speaking Conversion Agent.

Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication
To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
Maximize sales activity
To assist clients with queries regarding registration
Promoting the company’s products and services in an effective manner
Maintaining and updating our CRM
Regularly report to the management
To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sales
Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department

Requirements:
Excellent Knowledge of English German language both written and oral is a must
Experience in a similar role for at least 6 months is a must
Additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent business written and oral communications skills.
Excellent computers skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Ambitious, persuasive and highly self-motivated

The working hours are 9am – 6pm or 10am-7pm.
