Our client is a well-established CySEC regulated CFD and Forex Broker and they are looking to hire a German-speaking Quality Control Agent to join their team based in Limassol.
Determine Call centre and agents quality standards by listening and studying inbound and outbound calls of Account Managers and Customer Support Agents
Assist in handling of complaints and/or monitor the handling of clients complaints by the relevant department
Provide feedback via Reports to Head of Compliance and AML Officer of all monitored calls;
Ensure proper level of customer service and quality is maintained on the conduct of employees with clients;
Monitor quality of services provided by the company and various departments;
Liaise with Compliance Department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards and monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures;
Assist in other compliance related tasks if necessary.
Ability to problem solve and multitask
At least a year experience in the forex industry – MUST
Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field – plus
Basic or Advanced CySEC examination will be considered an advantage
Passionate and self – motivated to achieve personal, team and corporate objectives
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Native or Fluent German
Working hours : 08:00 am – 17:00 pm or 09:00 am – 18:00 pm
