Job Description

Our client is a Forex Broker based in Limassol and regulated by the FCA and they are currently looking to recruit a Funding Officer to join the team

 

Main duties and responsibilities of the role: 

  • Summarizing all deposits and withdrawals from the previous day
  • Reconciling transfers to and from PSPs to the data in the company’s CRM for review by the head of accounting and finance
  • Reconciling the banks in the accounting system daily and posting in the accounting system the relevant entries
  • Processing withdrawals by clients on every working day; requests on non-working days are handled on the following working day
  • Ensuring that the balances and equity of accounts are positive at the time of withdrawals and after amounts are withdrawn
  • Adhering to the internal control manual at all times when performing duties and processing payments with particular focus on only paying withdrawals to the original source of deposit
  • Perform other relevant duties related to the funding department as required

 

Key Attributes: 

  • 2 years of previous working experience as a Funding Officer
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and Proficient in English both oral and written
  • Excellent analytical, numerical and reporting skills
