Job Description
Our client is an established investment firm with offices in Limassol. They are currently looking for an French Account Manager to join their team of skilled professionals.
The successful candidate will be Native/Fluent in French and they will have experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.

Job Responsibilities
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients’ accounts;
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Arrange meetings, mainly remotely, with clients to educate, serve, update and ultimately upsell traders.
- Promoting the Company’s products and services
- Handle incoming leads and develop them into clients of the company
- Make welcome calls and follow-up calls to new clients
- Communicate marketing promotions to clients
- Provide training about the company’s platform and about financial markets to clients
- Build trust with the clients
- Increase the number of verified clients and depositors
- Meet personal and team targets
- Brand Promotion
Requirements
- Contribute to a positive team environment and team spirit
- Native/Fluent in French
- Achieving targets.
- Achieve the required daily amount of time of calls
- Excellent knowledge of the French language
- Retention and Conversion Agent experience within the financial services industry for a minimum of 6 months
- Cysec’s Advanced or Basic Certification will be considered an advantage
- Any Degree in Economics or Finance will be considered an advantage
