As a part of our growing multilingual User Operations team, you’ll spend most of your time interacting with our users and ensuring that they have a stellar BridgerPay experience.

BridgerPay is a payment orchestration tool that integrates 350+ PSPs through one API. It allows merchants to boost revenue, lower costs, and save time. Our simple UI gives merchants control over their payment stack. We empower businesses by simplifying how they manage payments.

While helping our users, the User Operations team works closely with every other team in BridgerPay, learning the intricacies of how we build products, manage payments, and keep users happy.

As a part of our growing multilingual User Operations team, you’ll spend most of your time interacting with our users and ensuring that they have a stellar BridgerPay experience. Many of our User Operations team members also go on to specialize in specific areas like payments, sales, and products.

You will

  • Spend the majority of your time interacting with BridgerPay merchants by email or Intercom.
  • Work closely with other teams to improve our products offering and our messaging
  • Spend some time analyzing our processes and suggesting changes to help scale our operations
  • Gain unique insights into how businesses that use BridgerPay want to scale and operate
  • Have an opportunity to learn how BridgerPay operates from the ground up and have a real impact on the future of the organization.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Enjoys writing and can do it quickly and clearly (you need to be fluent and highly proficient in English)
  • Has a BA in computer science, information technology or a technical background
  • Enjoys talking about technical concepts, has great analytical skills, and will be comfortable explaining how BridgerPay works to a range of audiences
  • Can empathize with users and quickly grasp the issues they’re facing
  • Enjoys the puzzle of solving open-ended problems
  • Loves constantly learning about an evolving product
  • Is happy to take on new projects
