Job Overview

Our client is a leading international CySEC Licensed Forex Trading Company in Limassol. The Customer Success Adviser will join a high profile and strong performing team that provides a ‘best practice’ service to existing and new customers. The focus will be to deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention, cross sell and deliver a great customer experience while providing technical support; CSA`s role is to provide best practice advice and guidance, ensuring high levels of engagement across users to increase their overall return on investment. No experience is needed

The main responsibilities of the role will be:
Handling incoming phone calls, chats/e-mails and reviews from customers regarding questions related to the services we provide. (The position does not imply sales.)
Analyzing and resolving most common customers’ queries using step-by-step solutions and cooperating with other departments of the Company
Delivering qualitative service to customers according to the existing standards

The role requires someone with the following skills and experience:
Native or near-native Dutch
Fluent English
Business communication skills i.e. telephone conversations, business correspondence
Customer service experience
Attention to detail, team player, problem-solving attitude and task management skills
Experience in operating with Windows and MS Office
Experience in operating with Google services is a plus
Typing skills (touch typing) is a plus
Multitasking ability is a plus

The working hours are 09:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00 – flexibility to work until 21:00 if in the future is required due to our expansion
