Job Overview

This Blockchain Company in Limassol is looking for a Community Manager. The Community division handles day-to-day operations of their community channels from Telegram chats to other socials such as Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit. Now is your chance to become the newest team member of the Community Management Division. We are searching for someone experienced in Blockchain, that has a grasp of what this technology is all about and how it can impact us in a positive way. Previous community management experience or any involvement in a Blockchain related project are all welcome.

Applicants should be prepared to work in an online remote environment, utilizing Telegram, Discord, ZenDesk, Sales IQ, Tweetdeck, Reddit, and Facebook for collaboration and work assignments, and are expected to learn and become well versed in multiple projects, while being able to address project supporters’ questions in a timely manner, teach them how to use project offerings and actively share social media and blog posts by the projects. A typical week may include assisting the project teams in boosting their content through different platforms and handling support channels for them. We are looking for applicants with proven experience in growing communities by minimum 15% per month.

Responsibilities
Manage all communications with our communities on all Telegram and other channels
Assist users to get questions answered and manage support tickets
Protect the community from spam, misinformation, and irrelevant posts
Organize community events and community calls
Advocate for the company’s vision of a better payment solution
Coordinate community activities
Provide engaging texts and content for social media accounts
Respond to comments and customer questions
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Liaise with marketing and sales team to stay updated on new products and features
Post across all social media channels and blockchain related communities and forums
Perform community management
Identify and engage with influencers and ambassadors
Generate ideas for new campaigns
Produce reports

Requirements:
Previous experience managing and growing community channels, experience in DeFi and blockchain a plus
3-5 years’ experience of managing communities
Genuine interest and understanding of blockchain
Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail
Strong written communication skills and English proficiency
Experience with Twitter, Discord, and Telegram and other social media channels
Proven experience of growing communities on a monthly basis
EU-citizenship

The company has taken on a remote working environment with the option to work from the office should they need to. Due to this the vacancy is open to candidates close to our time zone: EU, Israel, Dubai etc. In case you are not located in Cyrus you may from time to time be called to visit their offices.
