Our client is a CySEC licensed forex broker looking to hire a Back Office Executive on a fixed-term contract (Covering Maternity leave, 8 months) with the possibility of turning permanent.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Implementation of the internal regulations and procedures for the department
Opening of new client’s accounts
Provision of information to Clients and prospects regarding the Company and guiding them on how to open a physical or corporate account,
Implement strong Know Your Client (KYC) procedure to all potential and existing Clients,
Closing of clients’ accounts
Keep client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, investor questionnaire, Know Your Client information) in electronic form on an annual basis
Amend existing Client Accounts (i.e. Valid Documents, updated information, leverage, profile etc),
Preparation and sending of clients’ execution confirmation reports
Preparation of client’s periodic statements
Preparation of back office manuals, terms & conditions, contracts, procedures, policies and relevant disclaimers
Preparation of Various regulatory reports
Monitoring client’s deposits, withdrawals and inter-account fund transfers
Deposit fraud prevention and charge back
Ensuring that all payment gateways are online and working properly
Ensuring that fraudulent transactions are investigated and resolved, placing procedures to minimize them
Establishing and maintaining working relationships with various payments vendors
Forward financial matters and request to the accounting department
Processing Deposits and withdrawals
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Head of Back Office

Requirements:
At least 1-2 years’ experience working in the Back office department within the Forex industry is a must
Holder of CySEC Basic or Advance Certificate would be considered as an advantage
Proficiency in English Language and an additional language would be considered as an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Back office regulations and procedures
Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

Benefits:
2000 Gross a month
There could be shifts but will be on a 2 weekly basis, and latest finish will be 9pm
