Job Overview

Our client, a Regulated Forex Company with a comfortable office in the city center in Limassol, is looking to hire an Arabic Customer Support.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the clients via telephone, email, tickets and live chat
Provide unparalleled customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the trading account
Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delays
Identify customer needs and helping customers use the company’s platforms and features
Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Back Office and Compliance
Promote the Company’s services
Gather customer feedback and share reporting with management
Complete additional tasks assigned by the Head of Customer Support.

Requirements:
Native or fluent in Arabic, both oral and written
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Willing to work in shifts and/or weekends
Previous working experience in a customer support position. Experience from FX industry will be considered as an advantage
Excellent communication skills both via the telephone and email
Ability to prioritize the tasks
Analytical with strong attention to details
Proactive in seeking solutions for existing and potential issues.
Cypriot citizenship / EU Work permit is a must

The working hours are shift hours 06AM – 02PM & 01PM – 09PM
